Content that actually gets made
Live
The usual failure is not bad content. It is no content. So we remove the excuses: one guided shoot a month, then we cut it into weeks of short video, posts and carousels, write the captions, and schedule them on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
You approve the plan. You do not edit anything.
Ads that point at bookings
Live
Facebook and Instagram lead ads, with conversion tracking set to the actions that matter, so the platform learns from booked leads instead of cheap clicks. The offer is rewritten until it is clear in two seconds. Creative is tested weekly: keep the winners, kill the losers.
Ad spend is paid to Meta directly, and you can see every dollar.
Every lead caught and alerted
Live
Every form fill lands in your CRM with where it came from, and the office gets an email the minute it does. A daily check compares what Meta says it delivered with what actually arrived, so a broken connection cannot go unnoticed for weeks.
Forms collect name, phone and email. Nothing about a condition.
A front desk that answers after hours
Rolling out
When we audited 174 patient conversations at one practice, 74% of first messages arrived after hours and 45% had no recorded reply. This piece closes that gap: an instant first reply, missed-call text-back, appointment booking, reminders, and follow-up for no-shows.
It is built to hand off to a human, and it never asks for health details by text.
Review capture
Rolling out
A text after the visit asks every patient for a Google review. Everyone, not only the happy ones, because filtering who you ask is against Google’s policy and the FTC treats it as deceptive. A low rating also alerts the office to call personally.
Public replies never confirm someone is a patient or mention care. One ask per patient every 90 days. We run the same system on our own Google profile.
Local and AI-search visibility
Live
Google Business Profile posts every week, consistent name, address and phone across the listings, and a monthly check of what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI answer for fifteen real questions, such as who the best chiropractor in town is. We record who gets named, then fix what we can.
More people now ask an AI before they ask Google. Few agencies measure it.
Numbers you can read
Live
A monthly report in plain English: leads, cost per lead, booked, showed up, new patients. A lead is not a patient, so we track what happens after the lead with a simple outcome log your front desk fills in.
If a number is bad, it is in the report.
