We run the marketing. You run the practice.
Ads, content, lead follow-up and reviews, run as one system by one person. Built inside a real chiropractic practice, then made repeatable. One flat monthly price. Everything included.
Most practices do not have a traffic problem. They have a leak.
Never got a replyWe audited 174 real patient conversations from one practice. Almost half of the first messages had no recorded answer.
Arrived after hoursNearly three in four first messages came in when the office was closed. The lead is still typing at 9 PM.
Times AI search named the practiceWe asked ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google nine local questions, like who the best chiropractor in town is. The practice was named in none of them. That is now tracked monthly and being fixed.
Average cost per leadOn the Facebook and Instagram ads we run for that same practice, over 90 days. Getting the lead is the easy part. Keeping it is the job.
Source: Hansen Chiropractic, Suffolk County NY. Message figures come from GoHighLevel conversation records, October 2026; replies sent from the Meta app sync into those records, and a reply that failed to sync would not appear. AI-search baseline recorded October 9 to 10, 2026, before the practice’s new website was crawled. Cost per lead is from Meta Ads Manager, trailing 90 days. Results vary by market, offer, and budget.
The full system, built inside a real practice.
Every piece was built and tested on my dad’s chiropractic practice first, then made repeatable. Each one is marked: live means it is running for a client today. Rolling out means it is built and being switched on.
You do not need all seven. We start with the one leaking the most.
How each piece worksContent that actually gets made
LiveOne guided shoot a month becomes weeks of short video, posts and carousels, scheduled and published for you.
Ads that point at bookings
LiveFacebook and Instagram lead ads with conversion tracking and an offer you can understand in two seconds.
Every lead caught and alerted
LiveEach form fill lands in your CRM and the office gets an email the minute it does. A daily check confirms the leads Meta reports actually arrived.
A front desk that answers after hours
Rolling outInstant replies to messages, missed-call text-back, booking and reminders, so a 9 PM message does not wait until Thursday.
Review capture
Rolling outA text after the visit asks every patient for a Google review. Details below.
Local and AI-search visibility
LiveGoogle Business Profile posts, consistent listings, and a monthly check of what ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google answer when someone asks who the best practice in town is.
Numbers you can read
LiveLeads, cost per lead, booked, showed up, new patients. We track what happens after the lead, not only the lead.
Reviews, without the awkward ask.
Most practices know they need more reviews. The front desk forgets, or asking at checkout feels wrong, or nobody replies. So it does not happen.
We built our own review system first and run it on our own Google profile. The version we install for clients follows the rules Google and the FTC actually set.
A text after the visit
One rating question, sent when the visit is fresh.
Everyone gets the link
We never filter who gets asked. Asking only the happy ones breaks Google’s policy and can get reviews removed.
A low rating gets a call first
The office is alerted to reach out personally. No health details in the alert, ever.
Replies that stay private
Public replies never confirm someone is a patient or mention their care. One ask per patient every 90 days.
One person runs your account.
I grew up watching my dad, Dr. Chris Hansen, carry a chiropractic practice and fight with the marketing after the last patient left. So I took it over. I learned the ad account, built the content, set up the follow-up, and measured what happened after the lead.
That practice is the test bench. Everything on this page was built there, in production, with real patients and a real front desk. Now I do the same for other owners.

Straight answers
What does it cost?
One flat monthly price, set after a free call. Everything in the plan is included: no add-ons, no per-text fees, no surprise invoices. Ad spend is paid to Meta directly.
Who actually does the work?
I do. Cade Hansen. One person runs your account, with systems built and tested inside my family’s chiropractic practice.
What happens on the free call?
Twenty minutes on your current marketing. You leave knowing what is leaking and what to fix first, whether or not we work together.
Do you handle patient information?
Lead forms collect name, phone and email only. We do not ask for health details in forms, texts or public review replies. Your practice remains responsible for its own HIPAA compliance, and we will tell you plainly where we draw the line.
Find out where yours is leaking.
Twenty minutes. No pitch deck. You leave with a clear next step.
